I've been anticipating this year for the conference more than any other probably since 96'. I cant help but set the DVR to record all the early season conference games to get a glimpse of each team. I'm interested in seeing all the teams play except 1.

I equate the start of the BEast Hoops season as the start of most peoples NFL season. Conference play are my playoffs and the Big East tourney is my Super Bowl

Maybe I'm too jacked because the season is approaching but, I couldn't help but post this.

Biggest game of weekend is obviously Marquette vs. Vanderbilt. Not sure how good Vandy is this year but it would be nice to get an early P5 scalp.

Yes, Marquette vs Vandy is big. Looking forward to it.

Monday, Nova at Purdue is huge. Both ranked, very different styles in a very hostile environment. Wouldnt be shocked, yes mildly disappointed, if cats fall. It will be telling in terms of how much work we have to do. Still, like our chances.

Most seem to have them as a bubble team. KenPom has them 68th I think. We should be slight favorites. We feel really confident. However, it's a game with two teams that will rely heavily on outside shooting. Anything can happen

Vandy on the college sports madness was #48. The 1st team left out of the tournament.

That's biggest game of weekend.... Then Monday's Nova/Purdue game is big. Both Tuesday games are important- BE needs to go at least 1-1. Then Thu/Fri got several huge games. Marquette/Michigan and then either SMU or Pittsburgh. Seton Hall/Iowa. St John's/Minnesota. Xavier/Clemson possibly on Friday.

Best part about this thread- the games are FINALLY here!!!!!

What the heck, it's the non conference part of the season...win 'em all.

Yeah, most projections have Vandy just out of the Tournament. It would be regarded as a "good" win in my opinion.
