Most Overrated/Underrated teams of past 3 years

The discussion on whether or not PC was consistently underrated by the board made curious to look and see what teams we really did completely miss the boat on with our fan polls over the past 3 years. Here's what I found.

Top 3 Most Underrated teams
1- 2014-15 Butler - Picked 9th, finished 2nd (+7)
2- 2015-16 Seton Hall - Picked 8th, finished 3rd (+5)
3- 2013-14 Villanova - Picked 4th, finished 1st (+3)
Honorable mention: (After accounting for tie breakers, 2013-14 PC and X were also +3)

Top 3 Most Overrated teams:
1. 2015-16 Georgetown - Picked 2nd, finished 8th (-6)
2. 2013-14 Marquette - Picked 1st, finished 6th (-5)
3. 2013-14 Georgetown - Picked 2nd, finished 7th (-5)

Teams we got right
2015-16 Villanova - Picked 1st, finished 1st
2014-15 Villanova - Picked 1st, finished 1st
2014-15 Georgetown - Picked 3rd, finished 3rd
2014-15 Providence - Picked 4th, finished 4th
2014-15 St. John's - Picked 5th, finished 5th
2013-14 St. John's - Picked 5th, finished 5th

So despite having our single biggest miss, 2014-15 was actually our most accurate poll with 4 teams placed correctly.
