Georgetown.
My theory: GTIII has had a hard time making the transition to the new BE, where offense matters more than it did in the old BE (because of rules changes and the new schools). Transition is over, he has a skilled offensive group ready to make a move.

2nd Seton Hall (behind winner Creighton).
For the 50% who voted for other teams, you should not take teams off the poll. Exp- 50% (19 votes)for another team finishing 1st. So for those folks Nova is 2nd or worse. (The Wildcats are my pick for 3rd place) By taking teams off the poll list these folks won't have a vote as this contest proceeds. Leave all the teams on the poll listings. We now know Nova is the Pick for 1st... But who knows- they may also win 2nd or 3rd spot too?

I'll take Xavier 2nd if Myles is back.

The new Hoyas:
http://www.espn.com/blog/collegebasketballnation/post/_/id/116232/can-georgetown-find-a-way-to-be-relevant-againPryor, a physical 6-foot-5 guard, could wind up being Georgetown's best player. Thompson said Mulmore, who was second in the country in the juco ranks in scoring, can also distribute -- and that he's the fastest player he has ever coached.
So, JT3's intention -- boasting a team with more athleticism -- is to play faster. A year ago, Smith-Rivera had the ball in his hands so much, and everything moved slowly.
"I like where we're moving, I like where we're moving," Thompson said.

Expect Myles to be back for the spring semester, and therefore for most of league play.

https://twitter.com/si_ncaabb/status/788382167860740096SI is predicting Kelan Martin 11th in the country in scoring and in total over 39 ppg for Butler's 1-2-3 before any contribution from Lewis, Baldwin, et al. If they actually get anything like that given they are solid and veteran and the 4 and 5, they will compete for the title.
Dan Hanner and his 'stat dudes' seemingly love BU this year.

As an aside, Dan Hanner wrote the mic-drop article for people who say recruiting rankings do not matter and should be bookmarked by everyone.

Best case scenario is to have six teams ranked at the same time before the conference season.
Here's who I think will be in there:
Villanova, Xavier, Creighton, Seton Hall, Butler, Georgetown
