CBS has begun previewing conferences for next season. I love what they have to say about the competitive balance of the league, and agree with their view of the top of the league. Here's the link:

makes a lot of sense. Any/all teams could be legit "sleepers." I will enjoy rooting for every team in the OOC schedule and look forward to Nov & Dec being the clear #1 RPI/Kenpom/Sagarin conference going into BE play.
