The creighton players must read this site, they are playing like DePaul was just gonna lie down for them.

But now they are waking up a little bit

Start of this game gave me flashbacks of the Loyola debacle. Hopefully Creighton has weathered the storm.

I see defense is optional in this game, not that it isn't fun to watch. This is going to end up in the neighborhood of 93-89 or something.

Zierden channeled his inner Wragge with eight threes today. Jays had a couple of bad stretches but DePaul is just not very good. Good to see CU win another road game.

I disagree. DePaul has been playing people tough this year . They just haven't gotten over the hump. They will beat someone. Good win on the road!!

Agreed. Having a similar year like we had last year. They're fighting and playing tough (something they didn't often under Purnell) but they can't get over the hump yet. Props to them, they're a scrappy squad (much like St. John's too). Meanwhile, this game has shown how far CU has come since last year, doing a better job of shutting the door this year.

DePaul made it interesting at the end. The block by Hanson and coast to coast by Milliken was the nail in the coffin.
Go Bluejays!

Was Garret Jr sick or does the sickle cell normally affect him that much? I don't remember seeing him on the sideline like he was today.
