And at johns and depaul in a pair of cupcake games.
Should go 4-0, but you never know with the johnnies and depaul.
Huge games from local rivalry stance for PC and Creighton.

Sort of an unofficial rivalry week.
Sunday was SJ v. Fordham (I know, not really a rivalry).
Tuesday was X v. WSU (once again, not a real rivalry but a local school)
Wednesday we have SJ v. Niagara (not a real rivalry, but local schools), PC v. BC (real rivalry), and CU v. Nebraska (real rivalry)
Saturday we have Marquette v. Wisconsin (real rivalry) and X v. Cincy (real rivalry)
Fun week overall. I'm definitely getting my badger hate on for badger hate week.

St John's and Niagara are both Vincentian and play every year.

A lot of nervous energy for this one tonight. In the past when I was sure that CU would lose to Nebraska we ended up bombing them so i hope tonight follows that pattern.

More nervous for this year's game against UNL than I have been in several years. I think Jays' psyche is pretty fragile right now. This could go either way. On paper, we should be able win by double digits. But, Skers' formula for success this season is to slash and get to the rim, while defending the drive is one of CU's issues right now. And UNL will foul, which means we have to make free throws. Unfortunately that is another issue we seem to be having this year. If its close in the closing minutes, CU hasn't been able to close those games out. So, the ingredients are there for another tough one - and this one would really hurt.

Well if im on the PC team i'd wash my hands after shaking the BC players hands. Bad case of E Coli going around. Looks like they will be suiting up towel boys tonight.
