Arena Rankings: Number 9

Postby DudeAnon » Thu Nov 05, 2015 9:13 am

So DePaul pulled down another last place ranking. Their new arena should help but even more important is getting better attendance and forming its own identity.

Also, the rankings are totally subjective. So if you value a packed house over a large arena then vote that way. Personally, I think large venues are impressive and even moreso if you can pack the house.

Can people try to post why they voted a certain way. I am curious why Seton Hall is 9th. I am guessing its because there is nothing noteworthy about their home-game experience?

Ive been to 5 of the teams arenas but not Seton Hall so my vote is based on what i see on TV and from what i see, its usually half empty and not very loud.

I think there's just nothing special about it. It's fine, but it's nothing special.

I don't have that "oh man, I gotta see that place" attitude about their arena like I do about many other Big East venues.

I have to base my vote on what I see on TV, since I've only been to three of the arenas. Hoping to change that soon.

I will say that the lovefest on twitter between @FakeBlueCrew and the @SHUSapphires is hilarious and creepy at the same time.

I imagine that the Rock is a better time than the meadowlands. The meadowlands was horrible. No public transport, no fans, just lousy all around

I did not know that Seton Hall serves beer at its arena!
