Advertising this shit on here so that if anyone is inclined to go to Hoya games they can have a solid pregame at Clyde's beforehand. With recent attendance trends shifting downwards the best way to counteract it is with copious amounts of drinking. Doing my simple part to help out the program. My goal with this is so that we have a HUGE group of liquored up Hoya fans ready to make the Verizon Center a formidable home court.

Not much is going to help the OOC games we have except for Syracuse. Radford, Bryant, UMES, Brown, UNC Wilmington, Monmouth, UNC Ashville just don't interest folks much at all.

just looking- think our home schedule is much more conducive for good attendance in conference games...
Sat 1/2 Marquette 530
Sat 1/9 DePaul noon
Sat 1/16 Villanova 1pm
Tue 1/26 Creighton 630pm
Sat 1/30 Providence 8pm
Mon 2/8 St Johns 7pm
Wed 2/17 Seton Hall 9pm
Sat 2/20 Xavier noon
Sat 2/27 Butler noon

so only 3 midweek games- with 1 being on a Monday night which normally does pretty well.

compare to last year where we had 5 midweek games.

Respect.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Only one 9pm local midweek game. I believe that is a big change from two years ago.

Went to a Georgetown vs. Creighton game at the verizon a couple years ago. I agree that the atmosphere wasnt so great, hopefully the times will help.

Nice. Too bad its gonna fund the football, field hockey and lacrosse multisport field. Understandable though since the donors two sons played Georgetown football...

Georgetown's athletic facilities need all the help they can get. The new basketball practice facility is currently under construction as well.
