Andy Katz wrote about the possibility of a Big Ten - Big East scheduling arrangement. Not sure if this would be a challenge or not since they already have the ACC challenge. I'm skeptical if it occurring but it would be a plus for the league.

It would be good for the league to have even an informal scheduling relationship with the Big Ten. Great for RPI, great for exposure, and great for the fans.

Not sure how they missed the biggest reason for the match....The Big Ten Network is jointly operated by the Big Ten and Fox Sports.

We already play Wisconsin every year, it wouldn't be that crazy to schedule some other B1G-Big East games.

True. Butler already plays either IU or Purdue every year in the Crossroads Classic, and they play Northwestern every now and then. I'd like to see another Big Ten team in Hinkle Fieldhouse.

Creighton plays UN-Lincoln every year. We have recently played Wisconsin, Iowa and Northwestern. It would be nice to pick up another local B1G game each year in addition to the annual Husker thumping!

It would be wonderful to have Matta return to the Cintas Center.
I'm almost certain he would dread every minute of the journey down I-71, given how he snuck-up I-71 to take the Ohio State job originally.

Should be Big East vs. Pac-12. Alot of the schools already play Big Ten schools but this would be a coup for Fox. Since they own half of the Big Ten Network, I could see the Big East home games being on Fox Sports 1 and the Big Ten home games being on the Big Ten network. ESPN would not like this at all.

I'd prefer something with the B1G rather than then PAC12, but Fox will have the final say on this I presume.
