Should be fun for the guys and some nice ublicity for the league.
Oregon and Georgetown have committed to play in The Armed Forces Classic on Nov. 8 at an Army base, with the site being finalized. The game will be televised on ESPN.

The game, which is in the second year of a five-year rotation, has a chance to be just as intriguing as last season's game between UConn and Michigan State at Ramstein Air Base in Germany, won by the upstart Huskies in Kevin Ollie's coaching debut.

This is a great game for the Hoya's and the conference. Should be fun to watch and a win is a nice way to start out the year. Also with St. John's opening against Wisconsin we have the chance to really show what to expect to this conference.

Xavier was originally scheduled to play Tennessee as part of ESPN's 24 hour hoops marathon on November 12th, but since Fox Sports now has rights to Big East home games, the game will no longer be broadcast on ESPN, but will instead be on FS1 in prime time.
