UNC looked like it was an older brother playing against a younger one. And SHU didn’t look like it could score on a HS JV team last night. We need to do better; bottom line. If we can get 2/3 into the S16 then it’s a success. Without Kalk CU’s going to have to pull a rabbit. PC got a break (lol, where have we heard that before), but still have to win the game. VU vs a physical P6 team getting healthy with a coach that knows us well and has had success head-to head vs Jay, worries me.

Both Saturday/Sunday have ton of upset potential though. Outside of Creighton/Kansas just because of the Kalk injury- all the other 1/2/3 seeds have very dangerous games. I mean
Baylor/North Carolina
Tennessee/Michigan
Gonzaga/Memphis
Villanova/Ohio St
Duke/Mich St
Wisconsin/Iowa St
Texas Tech/Notre Dame
Auburn/Miami
Purdue/Texas
Arizona/TCU
it seems safe that at least a few of those will wind up as upsets. Very few easy games there at all.

If Kalk had been there it would have been very possible I think.
