Same with Marquette you could argue. My Johnnies had no coach and no clue. Georgetown sucks and Ewing needs to go. Creighton can't shake injury bug. This went from a very promising year to a very average year fast. Let's hope we get some big OOC wins to offset the awful Gavitt Games which we lost again.

Honestly, it's a bit too early for this type of post. Kneejerk, perhaps?

stever thinks thats kneejerk.

Dude, it's been a great start to the season for the Big East.... That game last night had an elite 8 feel to it. if not more. Izzo said that Powell is one of the greatest players he's ever seen in college basketball.

This may be the least insightful take on this board since Stever's mom kicked him out of the basement, thus ending his computer access.

Seton Hall will be an 8 or 9 seed? You wanna put any cash money on that assertion? That was a really good game between two really good teams. The idea that losing any game in mid-November destines a team to an 8 or 9 seed is somewhere between ill-informed and asinine.

Perhaps another reminder that Villanova lost to Oklahoma by 23 in December of 2015 and was a 2 seed in the tournament in March (and kinda made a deep run).
