I honestly had high hopes for DePaul this year. I see some decent talent on that roster.

This loss is more on PC than it is about DePaul playing well (DePaul did their best to give the game away late, but PC's missed free throws aren't the way to mount a comeback). PC was very lethargic for much of the game. We all know DePaul is a place where you have to go in focused, as it has the feel of a practice/scrimmage/shoot around with no fans in the building and teams tend to go in overconfident. Xavier struggled early there as well. But Xavier was focused in the second half. PC was not. And PC's offense was real sloppy when they needed the scores late.
