I agree. We haven't gelled yet like I hoped we might but it's early. UMASS looked a lot better than we did so we better come to play. Interesting also that Creighton took the presumed redshirt off PG Marlon Stewart last night. Not sure if that has more to do with Malik Albert or what the deal is but I was stunned he played.

thought the Marquette/LSU game was really good. Huge win for them. Now just need a split between tonight and Wisconsin- and they have a really good chance to make the tourney if they are even just decent in the conference play.

Simmons is the real deal - his game made him look like a top-5 NBA pick next year. With that being said, and Ellenson's quietly strong performance, we'll gladly get wins and not get the headlines - although it's most certainly due to Simmons' performance than LSU's.
