Some of the other arenas were pretty empty, including Raleigh late and Denver.

Raleigh was a ghost town.

Which game were you watching? I was at both sessions in Raleigh yesterday and neither was a ghost town. I can't speak for the Butler game as work kept me from getting there but the crowd was decent for the UVA game. As expected, the crowd for the UNC game was 2/3 UNC fans and the arena was pretty fully. The crowd for the PC game was pretty sparse but tip time was almost 10:00 PM. The side of the arena behind where they announce the game was completely full. The FGCU student section was the most vocal although the Providence section was pretty strong too.

I do not understand with games across the country why some of the games on the east coast have 9:30 - 10:00 tip times. The UNC - PC game tomorrow night tips at 9:50. Ugh. I was really hoping for a late afternoon, at worse, tip time.

I was really pulling for Dayton, and generally do cheer for potential expansion schools, but I think it may have been as much or more because I dislike Syracuse. Good day for non-f5 schools. I'll be cheering for st. joe's over Cincy, UNI over Texas, and screw whoever wins Michigan -Notre Dame. Also very happy to see VCU beat a highly overrated, imo, Oregon state team.
This is my opinion. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

Saint Josephs going to take out Cincy

Has a conference american team won a game yet? What a joke.

The Pac-12 and Big 12 haven't been looking very good so far this tournament. Texas is now down 14 points to Northern Iowa.

Pac-12 is 2-5 and were the lower seed in all 5 of their losses.

WOW, UNI just hit a 50 foot buzzer beater to beat Texas by 3 at the buzzer! March Madness!

Man, feel bad for Cincinnati... St Joe's hit a clutch go-ahead 3 for a 2 point lead with 7 seconds.
Cincy drove down, and dunked, but time expired .000001 seconds before it fell off his fingers.
Terrible way to lose, really too bad for them.
