Hatred for opposing players & coaches and general smack talking is on the rise on HLOH. Gone is the "we are all in this together as BE brethren" talk. Love it.
SHU fans hate Josh Hart; Nova fans think Macura and Reynolds are punks; SJU fans think Blueitt is a flopper; X fans think Jay Wright rewards dirty play. I guess the BE "family" camaraderie is gone until the tourney when we'll (hopefully) be back pulling for each other.
That's how it 'pose to be. You gotta get the hate going. Its conference season! When the NCAA comes around with gotta switch gears and root for ALL teams

But Bluiett IS a flopper. He literally walked into one of our guys after a whistle and acted like the guy just wrecked him with a shoulder. Christian Jones was just standing there!!!

I don't root for any one team so that didn't bother me. I'm just giving him credit for how he played.
I thought durand johnson and mvoika were also much more aggressive than how they played in earlier games. st john's will need that rest of the way.

The two of them went a combined 11/30. We need them to shoot but we also need them to take better shots. Think Jones and Sima should get some of those shots.
BTW I didnt read the whole thread but did anyone mention the dunk Reynolds had (who is an absolute monster and my favorite player to watch in the league) a few seconds after one play was dead? I thought that was worthy of a T.

Former Friar PG Vincent Council did the head snap back almost every time he brushed by a defender at the top of the key. Was definitely something he was either taught or figured out worked on his own.
