"Think this is first time I've ever been blocked by an athlete @Iam_RawleAlkins. Doesn't like the qualifying rumors"
"It's a well known fact in recruiting circles @Iam_RawleAlkins is a major question mark to be eligible."
Then Zach tweets this:
"I wonder how @Iam_RawleAlkins got courtside seats to Knicks-Warriors at MSG recently for entire family? Wasn't from a college..
Here is Rawles cousin tweet;

A few of them were smearing the PC staff by floating rumors they were playing the race card on the Ponds recruitment (which, to be honest, I don't see a problem with saying "come play for staff filled with African Americans").
They come across as a bunch of 18 year old, disgruntled, cry baby fans.

Well saying it's bad that another team doesn't have as many black coaches as us is kind of a petty way to recruit.

It wasn't a race thing. Providence's pitch to Shamorie was that Shamgod was a great point guard and he should come learn from him. Some "reporters" made it into a race thing.

Quentin Goodin: 6'4" guard that a lot of people are saying is Kentucky's best prospect. He could be playing in college right now and contributing, very, very solid looking player.
Eddie Ekiyor: 6'9" Canadian power forward, athletic and at that size is usually a recipe for a very productive college player
Tyrique Jones: 6'7" power forward and looks to be hyper athletic and loves to bang. Both of these guys are the type of players I think can be very successful at the college level and I expect Xavier will be very strong in the years to come.
Class doesn't have quite the high end talent of Villanova's, but is still pretty solid. As a whole, I think the league needs to start recruiting better, though. While this class is solid, I think X is capable of going after and getting better guys or at least one big time name. Our 2014 class was huge and I expected that kind of success to continue as we got into the Big East, so I've been a little disappointed. Hopefully, recruiting will pick up collectively around the league.
