the other 4 should all be good to go. Not much snow expected in Connecticut so Gtown is good. New york should get less than points south doubtful game will be postponed at garden. Creighton and Xavier are out of the snow zone

You sure it was a Nova thrashing thread and not a Nova thrashing St. John's thread? Also i wasn't there champ. We're not like Nova posters who all share the same avatar either.

More delusion and jealousy from clueless St. John's fans, you guys are a riot. BTW I'd post meme of St. John's tourney failures, but since you guys rarely ever get there they're pretty hard to find, have fun in the basement of the BE.

Yeap. That's my alma mater. But I always followed Connecticut while in the B.E. My gf also went to Storrs so attended many games while she was there.

At the Big East level Connecticut was my team. I will always support the SBU Seawolves though (especially CAA Football)

Villanova actually owes me a big one. as crazy as it sounds I had them as Nat champions in 2014. l was totally sold on them. That's when I quickly learned never to betray my team...Connecticut went on to rip Nova apart and everyone else. there I was with a busted bracket thanks to YMCA Nova and my Connecticut Huskies with a 4th National Championship.

lets leave it at that

Like I said, typical UConvict Dbag troll, at least you're admitting it. Have fun in that cesspool of a conference you call home now, those home games against ECU must be just much fun.

Those game suck. That's why I follow Big East basketball so closely. As a CBB fan this league is too special to ever give up on! I will continue going to the BET and I root for the Big East as whole. Connecticut should be fine. They have top notch class coming up and already landed a good recruit for 2017

I too am a big fan of CAA football. I was at the Stony Brook vs. Villanova game in 2012 (hard to believe it was that long ago) at Stony Brook. Great turnout and there very nice stadium. It was FRIGGIN' freezing though. I think your boy Miguel Maysonet had a big game against us. Didn't you have another big time RB from Iowa or something?

Anyway, once fall rolls around if you want to get a side thread going talking CAA football, I'm your guy.

I guess we can add SJU(NY) to the list of SJU's (SJU(PA)) that have a little brother complex towards Villanova. Go ahead and keep posting picollo girl johnnies fans. Her class and the grace she handled the situation with is a constant reminder of why I'm proud to call myself a Villanovan. She gave the school more positive publicity than a sweet 16 run would have and even got The Roots to play our fight song on Jimmy Fallon on national tv. The Villanova fight song was played by The Roots in a NEW YORK studio on national tv... Let that sink in. I'm very comfortable where this program is right now and have enjoyed being one of the premier programs in college basketball over the last decade with multiple sweet 16's, elite 8's, a final 4 and now being a yearly fixture in the top 10. To quote the great Taylor Swift, "Haters gonna Hate and the players gonna play" and in Villanovas case, the players are gonna play and keep winning baby. Get used to it boys.

Phillycat, it is no longer worth it. Once you start pointing out the differences between St. John's and Villanova, regardless if they are true or not, they make you out to be the bully. It doesn't matter if you are just trying to defend your program and responding to things that they said first, they resort to personal attacks, calling you dbags, and saying f**k you.

Again, I hope nothing for the best for St. John's, and I refuse to get riled up by what a few of their fans say. I know where the 2 programs stand, and I am secure in that. I suggest my Villanova brethren do the same.

You just have to love how they judge a whole fan base based on 3 posters.

Unfortunately, I think I was one of those posters. What I wrote was only in response to something I read though. I had no intentions of getting into a pissing match with anybody. If people pay attention to my posts I am usually quite complimentary of teams in the Big East. In our last 2 games against G'Town and Seton Hall, I made it a point to say how good I think their teams are on here.

I even went as far as to post an apology to St. John's fans, but even still some of their fans couldn't resist to keep going and making comments. I didn't respond though.

Again, we know where we stand, we know where they stand. No matter what is said on here, nothing will change that.
