Seton Hall looked great today. If they keep playing like that they'll be a shoo-in to make the NCAA's. Their RPI is now #45.

sorry but I disagree. I'd rather have PC as a 3 or 4 and Seton Hall out than PC as a 6 or 7 and Seton Hall in the PIG. What means stuff is getting teams not in the tourney, but DEEP in the tourney.

Dont agree at all. X was not a high seed last year, got very fortunate with how things played out and saw two double digit seeds on its way to the S16. The tourney is often a crap shoot with match ups, some luck, etc. In 2014 UCONN was a St Joe's defensive rebound away from a first round exit. Instead they survive and win 5 more for a NC. I'd prefer more teams in than out.

Coaches have figured out that they literally do not have to guard Jalen Lindsey.

you know, playing good basketball actually matters. it's not just about wins and losses and your rpi kenpom ratings.

Seton hall beat providence in providence by playing good defense and being aggressive on offense. this was not a fluke win. if this trend continues it may be providence who will find itself on the bubble and seton hall safely in the tourney.

to say you want PC as a 3 or 4 tells me you pay no attention to how these teams are actually playing. providence now has had 3 consecutive poor outings. they are by no means a lock for the tourney.

Agree. PC is playing themselves toward the bubble game by game.

I thought he was supposed to be a good shooter coming out of high school. I don't remember the last time I saw him knock down a 3. However, I'm pleasantly surprised by his aggressiveness on the board especially offensive glass. I think he just needs to focus on that because he looks like he's thinking too much or is aiming when he's shooting the 3.

He was called a three shooter by many, but some evaluations also called him inconsistent. He can't shoot the three and he can't put the ball on the floor. That makes it difficult to be a productive SF.

Yesterday could easily be the start of a 5 game losing streak for PC.

Providence is in a bad stretch but they are currently 15-3. They would have to pull off a Seton Hall-esque implosion not to make the dance. If they go just 7-6 the rest of the way they're in. C'mon man.

Yea but they are supposed to be in the "easier" portion of their big east schedule, and they've dropped two home games to Marquette and seton hall. Very tough stretch upcoming, in fact they probably won't be favored in a game until February. I think they will make the tournament with ease, but unless they get some big wins, I could see they dropping far in terms of seeding

I'm thinking one of the last teams you want to see in your portion of the bracket as a 7-10 seed is Providence with Dunn, Bentil, and Bullock in a one and done situation.
