The bait is set. Now we sit back and wait.

Xavier is not nor will they ever be the flagship program of the Big East. They do have a great team this year and a very good program. Georgetown, I do believe, will have a better record in league play this year. I base this on them having more talent that just has not gelled so far this year.

Oh poor, delusional Hoya fan. There comes a point when it's not, "the team just hasn't gelled yet," or, "we have so much talent, we've just underperformed," anymore and it becomes, "maybe the team just isn't good."

And that moment came when your team lost a home game to a branch campus school, who was 4-4 with their best win against East Tennessee St.

But hey, if Georgetown holds on to beat DePaul and X loses at Nova, then they will have at that time, a better conference record and I'm sure you'll let people know about it.

You realize the Hoyas are the least intimidating team in the Big East right? They get 2 ounces of pressure and they buckle. Pretty sure X is 4-1 against Hoyas since we joined the Big East as well.

Thank you. The league schedules takes about two months. We will not have to wait long to see who is right.

Looking forward to a great one. I love being in this league.

I think a key for Xavier will be execution in transition, rather than vaguely sending the ball toward the rim and hoping for an offensive rebound or foul.

Hopefully, this is the game when Jalen Reynolds plays like a Big East First-Teamer.
