days like today are why March is so special... between UConn and Michigan hitting shots the way they did- very possibly both getting in the tourney as a result(no lock with Michigan yet- but still.....

WOW, WOW, WOW, that UConn - Cincy was the game of all conference tourneys to date. Maybe the game of the year. 4 OT's, two miracle shots. Let's hope the NCAA committee takes a long look at this game and does not penalize Cincy for that loss. Both deserved the win, both deserve NCAA bids.

That was a great game but man, that place is empty.

Did u really think so? I watched it with cincy fans and was shocked how little ball mocement and offensive sets there were.

The teams both played terrible. But the OT part of the game was exciting because of the clutch shots. Otherwise it wasnt exciting. Just glad Connecticut advanced

Houston had as much of a chance to make the tourney w/o winning the tourney as Tulane did....

(but Temple in with the auto bid- but as a 10 seed- or higher than all 4 FF teams- who were 11 seeds)

so the scenario that folks here would dread.....
Temple beats UConn
Tulsa beats Tulane
Tulsa beats Temple

Tulsa, UConn, and Cincy would all be in.... and Temple very possible with all their top 50 wins.

it seems like this years committee may be more "traditional" than the one that we saw last year if you will.... like advanced metrics maybe not meaning anywhere near as much as last year. Which is fine by me...

well no chance in hell of Tulsa doing anything. Man, THIS Memphis is scary..... If they won the AAC, I would not want to be the 3 or 4 seed drawing them in the 1st rd of the NCAA tourney.....
