I'm trying to figure out what Seton halls offense is. It seems like they iso until they get a shot and crash the offensive glass. Not sure that I saw a called play all night.

so with today's results Big East is 37-12 so far this year.

last year thru Thanksgiving BE was 35-13 after Thanksgiving. By Sunday BE was 44-14. With the only loss Friday-Sunday being Providence(after beating Arizona) losing to Michigan St.

tomorrow is a big day. Got 4 games, with only 1 that should be a cake walk. The other 3- Old Dominion/St John's, Memphis/Providence, and Arizona/Butler are games that could go either way. 3-1 would be a good day tomorrow. I think the Providence/Memphis game is a pretty big one. It'd be cool for PC to get a shot at UVA right now IMO. Just like Butler is getting Arizona at a pretty good time. The ODU/SJ game should be real interesting. The 2 in KP so far are 63 and 54% favorites for PC and St John's respectively- Butler not in there quite yet- but they will be a dog tomorrow.

It's only one loss, and to a good team, but he Hall misses Gordon. Great glue guy, great hustle guy, solid defender.

They're still talented, but it doesn't seem like they can put together a long stretch of solid basketball. Short stretches of brilliance, but can't sustain it.

I really wonder what it's like to have a consistently good program with regular top 25 wins and regular rankings. It seems so alien to me, must be an odd feeling. Sick of the cycle of excitement then disappointment. Will our excitement ever be validated? Yes we are young, but that's not an excuse. Look at guys like Bridges and Coffey...you can have Freshmen in major roles and win. The fact that we have great Freshmen guards and don't win tells me either A) our coaching sucks B) our bigs suck or C) both.

Stop it. No apologies necessary. MSU wasn't going to lay down...and it is very early still in the season. The Johnnies will be all right...patience and a little faith, fella.
