If so, we should get some word on his status pretty soon. Mack's position has been pretty clear all along -- when Miles can show me he's moved on, grown-up, etc., only then can he hope to get back on the team. And Mack is NOT a softie who'll sacrifice his values for another win or two.

My preseason rankings were...

Nova
Xavier
Creighton
Seton Hall
Butler
Providence
Georgetown
Marquette
St. John's
DePaul

So nothing super surprising.

I will say I am surprised how efficient Butler's defense has been. We'll see how good it is against Vanderbilt and Butler's Friday opponent (hopefully Arizona).

EDIT: To be fair, I did expect it to improve a bunch but not this much. Dunham was an atrocious defender his entire time at Butler, and Rosie's defensive style was not ideal at point.
