Still less embarrassing than this because it was on FS2 so no one saw it happen.

I know it would have been great to win, but I can't see taking much out of that game. Like the ones they play on the deck of an aircraft carrier, just an odd environment to play in. The glare off the floor, at least on tv was tough. I know they won't make excuses and I realize OU hit some threes, but at the end of the day it was a court and an environment that every team isn't going to adapt to well. Frankly, I don't think anyone is going to care that Nova lost that game as long as they take care of business the rest of the way. In fact the fact that it ended a 20+ point loss might lead most to take it as just a fluke.

In the long run this might actually be good for us. Wouldn't mind losing to Virginia either, maybe it would get into their heads that you don't need to settle for 30 3's a game. Get Chef the ball more, it should be a priority to get him 12-15 shots a game. If they double down on him, then fine, wide open 3's no one's got a problem with. Dibble drive to the hoop as well, get to the foul line. Settling for a semi open 3 less than 10 seconds into the shot clock is a different story. Also rebounding has to improve as well.

Again, I don't mind losing 5-7 games this regular season if they learn some lessons and it means a deep run in March.
