The Big East continues to perform at a high level during the non-conference portion of the schedule. League is making a lot of hay early.

by end of Nov- already had wins over:
UNC
Georgetown(as OOC game)
Oklahoma
Stanford
Florida
Notre Dame
GW
Minnesota
VCU
Michigan

so by this point last year, we already had like 10 really good wins.

But I think I would make this point. Perception is really what matters. The fact is that we have now 4 titles in Xavier, Nova, Creighton, and Marquette, and PC could make it #5.

wow Nolan might be wrong on the conference RPI. He's got the record at 37-13. Right now, I have the conference at 44-13. Only the Chaminade game doesn't count, so that should be 43 wins. Only thing I could see is if they are using the adjusted record. Right now BE has by my count 26 home wins(counts .6), 2 road wins(counts 1.4), and 15 neutral wins(counts 1.0). 1 home loss(counts 1.4), 3 away losses(.6), and 9 neutral losses(1 pt). That would be 12.2. So that would be 33.4-12.2 overall. I don't know where Nolan gets the 37-13 record.

Our current out of conference schedule strength is currently SECOND out of all conferences.

But yeah, all we are eating is cupcakes.
