Always cool seeing tv games from historic Walsh Gym on the campus of Seton Hall, a bandbox with the stage and the wooden balconies, and the loud fans. Reminds me of the days of Dan Callandrillo. Same as DePaul playing on campus Saturday night in front of a loud crowd.

Who cares? These are games that wouldn't even have been aired under our old contract abd we now have A level announcers calling games like St. John's/Wagner being broadcast nationallyin HD. It's not like our conference games are 10 of the 11 lowest rated games. What's worse, low ratings or non televised games? Yeah that's what I thought. P5 programs don't get the amount of national air time that we get.

and what was it- 2 games on FS1 and 2 or 3 on FS2? Also, those games on FS2 not everyone gets the channel, and lots that do get it don't have it in HD. So for a lot of folks, they saw 2 Big East games this weekend.

Moving the goal posts again. St. John's vs Wagner was on national TV in HD with Bill Raftery and Kenny Albert calling the game. Our old TV contract that game might not have been on TV and if it was it would be regional not in HD and a F level announcing crew calling the game. No one cares that Nova/FDU was one of the lowest rated games. If the ACC had every single games aired then they would also have games with similar ratings. You think the Wake/UMBC would have good ratings on national TV?

Big East doesn't have every game aired on National TV. Several games this weekend weren't on National TV. All the FSN games- those aren't national games. Also, sorry but all the games on FS2- only 50 million folks get those. This weekend 2 Big East games were on National TV. 2.

Under the old contract you would have had to pay $9.99 to stream the radio feed.

Stever just doesn't get it. Too busy being jealous.

And how many people watched those ACC games last week that were on ESPN3? We have more national exposure than we ever did in the old Big East. People who want to watch Big East basketball can basically see almost every game coast to coast. On January 2, Duke will play BC on ESPN3. a week later they will play Virginia Tech on ESPN3. That's not even TV! They also play Long Beach State on ESPN3. The Fox deal has been nothing but good.
