Looking at the Ken Pom odds, it looks like this was a 0.6994% chance of going 7-0 today.

I was just about to reply that it had to be less than 1%. Good stuff!

I'm here and smiling ear to ear! Wonderful day of BEast action, but I have to say you inserting the word "promise" is nothing close to what I predicted about the dawgs in this one. My concern was that BU is kinda FLUFF and would have no answer for Purdue's size, BUT 7'3" 260 HAARMS did not play, so it's a mute point correct?
Clearly the team to beat? LOL. Yes, they look rock solid from a chemistry/coaching approach and are deserving of top 20 status based on an outstanding OOC resume, but guessing the conference slog exposes their soft underbelly and they end up unranked and mid pack BE at best.
Now, your Wildcats are a scrappy bunch and can ball with anyone on a given day, but man that was some fugly shooting numbers....no doubt this is a "live by the 3, die from the 3" team as per usual. I'm thinking some of you are a little antsy with this roster deep down, but you roasted some A1 Jayhawk today!I
SEE you on the 30th...
My man let me help you out with a few things...
1. Get on the Google machine and try to understand the difference between a “mute” point and a moot point.
2. Butler has been the conference’s best team and it’s not close. Look at any meaningful metric you want and it all points to BU. You disagreeing with that just shows that maybe you don’t know much about college BB.
3. I find it completely hilarious that, considering the shooting prowess of X, that you’d question the shooting of any other team. X 3pt%= 29%. Nova 3pt%= 38%. So yeah, we’ve got pretty good shooters so I hope we do keep shooting the 3. It has seemed to work pretty well over the past 6 seasons or so, no?
