Doesn't the BET winner get a seed bump in the dance?

Let's say SH runs thru the BET like Gtwn did last season. Due to SH already being a lock (8 or 9 seed),
wouldn't the BET run bump them up to a 6-7 seed?

It would- but not for the championship but rather the beating of UConn, Villanova, and then another Q1 opponent. Adding 3 Q1 wins would boost any resume by 1-2 seed lines.

Sju gotta atleast beat DePaul tonight to have a chance to make the not.
If they don't make the not this year then that would be 3 yrs of nothing with cma.
So just good enough to not have a losing record but nothing much else. That's not good enough.
