Tense, exciting BE matchup. Johnnies cruisin' and holding the Muskies at bay. Great drama the last 2 minutes. Figueroa has gotta be kicking himself - missed a couple too many shots.
Way to gut it out Muskies. A win is a win...good job.

He had a good few minutes, was gassed with 12 minutes left. Hid for 9 minutes until he got some energy. Hit one lucky shot where he was just trying to draw a foul. Made a really great pass at the end.

Gotta work on his stamina. Maybe if he didn’t jaw at the fans and refs so much he’d have some more energy

i'm not a huge fan of that tbh, but the students are big boys and can handle it.

he played 39 minutes. no one else in the game played more than 33. with that pace, he was bound to be a little gassed at some point

Sure. He’s just one of those guys that’s easy to hate. A lot of jawing for a guy who really blew the game with a turnover if St. John’s could god forbid hit the front end of a 1 and 1.

But hey he’s one of those guys love you him if he’s on your team. I defended D’Angelo Harrison on here for years from other posters who called him an ass and I’d do it again in a heartbeat

he is definitely one of those guys. he can be maddening to cheer for, but then he'll be absolutely incredible the next possession (as he was in the last minute). and i could do with a little less talk and a little more action from him, but i will not allow any opposing fans to say that
