Watching this old rivalry match-ups make me soooo angry. I don't think the football schools still realized how much they have destroyed the fabric of Northeast college basketball. The people want these games, but they no longer feel the same. Its so terrible. Nothing is going to equate the old northeast rivalries of the past. Duke vs. Syracuse/Carolina is never going to have the same ring to it. Syracuse/Pitt/Connecticut are already suffering the consequences of leaving. Making money out of nostalgia

They basically destroyed Northeast College Basketball and shifted all the power to the South. FCK!

Georgetown showing some real fight in this one!

I've never seen a team worse than Georgetown at handling pressure defense. I couldn't image them against a team like VCU or West Virginia.

It's still kind of early in the season, but I've watched Syracuse a few times this season, and they've yet to impress me.

Something looks off with their team.

6 years ago, I would have hoped that a meteor land at mid-court during a G'town-Cuse game. Just couldn't root for either. Now I was fully invested and pumped to see the Hoyas roll the Cuse. Props boys. Also great job Friars. They are def much better than I thought they'd be. Tip of the cap to Capt Cooley.
