Mike Schrage will be the new assistant. Definitely an upgrade!

Can anyone provide a mini bio about him and why his background will help Butler out? I don't know too much about assistants, especially when my team isn't in the market. Thanks in advance!

He's an Indiana grad, worked for Bobby Knight and Coach K. Lead recruiter at Stanford, recruited Chasson Randle.
