Devil's Advocate wrote:The hole was not too big. The largest deficit in the second OT was a single point, until they lost on a last second Hail Mary 3 pointer. Sorry, all the political crap has me in fact-checking mode.

That being said, Georgetown should totally be pressing more often.

I can see the viewpoints on DSR here, but also think he was pretty important to the team. Without him things are probably worse. Ready for next season to start.

Point still stands, why did they ever stop pressing during that game knowing how effective it was? Just didn't make sense. Never would've went to second OT.

Georgetown got themselves a good pickup in Rodney Pryor, a grad transfer from Robert Morris.

You guys! Bradley Hayes got himself a 5th year of eligibility and will wear a Hoyas uniform for one more year.

Hayes had a good season last year. Nice to have him back.

So basically they lose DSR, but add Mosely, Mulmore and Pryor at G/W. Same front court with White and Akoy added.

Both Mulmore and Pryor are quicker and more athletic than DSR. Got to the line a ton at their respective schools (around 80% at the line). Don't know how that will translate at this level though. But the defense should be better and the position deeper.

Georgetown never had a talent problem. They have a coaching problem.

Isn't Georgetown now over the scholarship limit? If so who goes?

Mourning likely will go back to walk on status.

Ah ok, I don't think paying for an education will be a big deal for that family.
