Not quite the drama tonight as we've seen the past few days. The only question mark after tonight will be whether Saint Mary's receives an at-large bid... I don't think they will. Complete results from tonight:

Horizon: Green Bay- 78, Wright State- 69
NEC: Fairleigh Dickinson- 87, Wagner- 79
Summit: South Dakota State- 67, North Dakota State- 59
West Coast: Gonzaga- 85, Saint Mary's- 75

Only one championship game today, Wednesday March 9. I'll be flipping back and forth between FS1 and CBSSN tonight for sure.

Patriot: Holy Cross vs. Lehigh, 7:30pm, CBSSN

I think Bill is getting ahead of himself envisioning knocking off a 1 seed, you have to think they'll be in a play in game first.

Conference Tournament season has been nuts so far!

Auto-bids by seed...
#4 FGCU (Atlantic Sun)
#4 UNC-Asheville (Big South)
#2 UNC-Wilmington (CAA)
#4 Wisconsin-Green Bay (Horizon)
#1 Yale (Ivy)...no tournament
#2 Iona (MAAC)
#4 Northern Iowa (MVC)
#2 Farleigh Dickinson (NEC)
#8 Austin Peay (OVC)...particularly nutty, they barely qualified for the tournament
#9 Holy Cross (Patriot League)
#1 Chattanooga (Southern)
#2 South Dakota State (Summit)
#2 Gonzaga (WCC)

Average seed of auto-bid teams (excluding Ivy): 3.67

Someone trying to get their name thrown in in the realignment discussion?

Yuck. I hope not.

They had a pretty good tenure with Willard's old man and they have a banner, but their program's resume is pretty unimpressive otherwise.
