So because the beat writer says no decision has been made you assume that means a decision HAS been made?

His next tweet said something like "I like California, I like New York, I like Chicago, but I love Indiana" Personally I think if a guy is committed to a team he doesn't let speculation go on like this, he puts an end to it. There are some posters on other St. John's forums that seem pretty wired, and you can tell they don't seem certain about what's going on either. My guess is, LoVett knows he has other options and is considering them. Whether he leaves or not, who knows? But it's not helpful at a time when Mullin is trying to lure high quality recruits into the program. If LoVett is truly committed to the team, he should put an end to the speculation soon. Like today.
If he posted that it wasn't on twitter last night and the SJU beat writer has said everyone is jumping the gun.

He posted it on twitter late last night. LoVett is into social media, he has over 27,000 followers on twitter. He knows there's a lot of buzz on this topic. If there's nothing to it, why not just put it to bed instead of letting it become a distraction? I'm not saying he's leaving, but I don't think it's anywhere near 100% he's staying either.

I personally think he's staying. Give it a few days

That is a very good sign. Thanks for sharing. I really want to see LoVett stick around. If everybody who is supposed to be playing at SJU next year is playing, the Johnnies are going to be good. I would love to see that.
