PC acquitted themselves very well on the road against a legit top-five team, given that we lost 2 draft picks and is trying to integrate 5 new faces into the team.

Although we didn't help the conference's W-L in the OOC schedule, for a team that was picked 9th in the league to hang with a team picked in the top tier of the ACC for 30 minutes shows the depth of our league. I am not convinced we'll actually finish 9th, though.

Villlanova-Virginia will be a great game in January. Two title contenders in a sold out gym on national TV. Appointment viewing.

It is far too early for blanket pronouncements and definitely way too early to throw dirt on the Johnnies. We have alot of basketball yet to play and things change. I have the utmost faith the Johnnies will rise, as well as faith that Prov and Butler are non sustainable... patience folks.

It is great to have 4 ranked teams (Nova, X, Cr8n, Butler) come Monday. C'mon Seton Hall and make it 5 by months end.

Cheering heartily for all the BEast schools in the non-conference slate. But let the chips fall where they may, come 28 December.
