6. Xavier The Musketeers did a nice job of avoiding bad games. There are true road games at Baylor, Colorado and Cincinnati as well as three games in Orlando and home contests against Utah, Northern Iowa, Wake Forest. There may not be a ton of elite teams, but the three true road games and the avoidance of cupcakes are the difference-makers.
10. Villanova Jay Wright and the Wildcats play Purdue on the road, Notre Dame in Newark, New Jersey, and Virginia at home. There are three games in the Charleston Classic and also the Big 5 games against Temple, La Salle (at The Palestra), Penn and Saint Joseph's.

4. DePaul- It's hard to fault coach Dave Leitao for this schedule. DePaul also needs wins in any way possible. Chicago State, Southeast Missouri State, Lamar, Robert Morris, Drake, Milwaukee and Rutgers come to Chicago -- and the toughest game on the slate is one down the road at Northwestern.
