So in terms of basketball spending the average BE school out spends the average AAC school by 2.5M. The average ACC school out spends the BE by 1.7M

Without additional info, I'm not sure what this tells us when comparing certain members on the list. Do some schools account for venue usage as a expense? Do the personal team chef at UK and strength and conditioning coach at UNC fall under BB-specific expense or absorbed by the University? I guess it depends how each school accounts for it. But in general I guess it's a decent thumbnail glimpse. Now what would be really interesting is if someone could compare expenses with revenues. You gotta think with sponsorships, licensing, gate revenues, Alumni donations, etc. that a program/school like UK absolutely prints their own money b/c of their BB program.
