I think you're mistaken in believing Gtmo provides anything other than amusing pokes and prods in an effort to stimulate the board. Pretty sure he had CU winning the league each of the last 3 years. I enjoy his posts because I don't take any of them seriously.

HE'S ONLY A CHILD! This is pretty much how I feel as well. I get a kick out of gtmo and if I ever make it out to Creighton for a game I would like to buy him a beer.

Well thank you Gumby, Chesty, and John. Happy to hear a few folks enjoy my attempts to stir
the pot a bit.

Appears that Boar thinks everyone should be sedate, serious, and a clone of the average CU fan: knowledgable, erudite, highly logical, rational, and typically conservative - downplaying/soft selling Creighton versus the field.
Typically we hear: "Oh realistically the Jays will go 16-18 w's, 7-11 to 9-9 in conference, but I hope I'm wrong".
Not my idea of a diehard fan? Oh well... Go Boar...go Jays!

Maybe post more to give a better perspective/reflection of the "real" CU fan base.

Yeah, they may try to deny it but watching Jenkins and Hart do well at Nova has got to hurt Hoya fans a bunch. Stole those guys from right under their noses. Actually heard that JT3 was not interested in either. Doh!
