There is a really good chance that this guy Goldberg is actually N-Ball. Does crap like that all the time. As you can all see he has a tendency to make things interesting on message boards and in comment sections. Wondering where a grown man finds the time...

I would be shocked if it wasn't ball.

If true that is amazing.

Using the name Goldberg while attacking catholisism was clearly a troll attempt to get some folks to throw out some antisemtic remarks

...and quite effective also, I might add. Rube's kid certainly sounds like ol' NovaBall.
Although with his continually moving arguments...a certain AAC guy20 also came to mind. ;)

First and foremost, congrats to Nova on the donation. If I were a Nova student/fan/employee I would take ten minutes to write an email and/or letter thanking Mr. Finnerman and Family for such generous contributions to improve an institution you so love, spent four to seven of the best years of your life there, and are extremely proud to be associated with. My father contributes to quite a few charities (not on the $ level of Finnerman) , and I've seen the weight a hand written thank you letter/any gesture like that can carry. Just a thought.

I have to ask, why would Novaball (he is a diehard Novafan, right?) pose as the ultimate grade A, douchey, cocky, elitist, Nova hater on a random comment thread? It defies logic. I could buy Stever as the culprit. Does anyone know Novaball personally? Is he a Nova grad? My opinion of him has always been that of a diehard Nova fan, a bit overzealous at times, but not pathological enough to pull that off. Am I missing something?

Every fanbase has their die hards. Novaball is just more persistent than most, but it's nothing totally new.

His goal could be to piss people off, as a protestor, and thus making people dislike the protestors.

It's a shame to waste all that money to refurbish and reduce the capacity of Nova's on-campus gym. The Radnorites are correct in that the elistist 'Novites are "destroying" their quiet, architecturally blocked, upper echelon suburb. Folks paid/are paying a handsome price to "fly" from the city and all of its' lesser amenities. Those well off folks "deserve" better for all of their investment. The nerve of Villanova...

What should happen is those sports eyesores (Pavilion, football stadium, and other sports venues) need to be curtailed, cut back, and in the case of the Pavilion-demolished. Nova can play all their basketball in the WF Arena - where they have shown to be beatable. Go Radnorites! ;)

Go NovaBall!
