Glad you guys had fun jumping on the bandwagon. When I was rooting for Xavier against Wisconsin, the Koenig shot was as big a gut-punch as I've experienced in a non-Villanova game that I can remember. So I'm really glad we could bring it home for the league.

As Arch said, we're not done yet.

People kept saying about Villanova, "Yeah, but where would they finish in the Big 12?" Hopefully, we can knock out Oklahoma and put that notion to rest.

Even with a loss to Oklahoma, Big East would finish with a tourney record two games over 0.500. Pretty impressive, and many thanks to Nova for pulling their own weight. But even still, the Big East went 4-1 in the opening round, including some tough match-ups. I think it's pretty clear the Big East this year has been right at the same or just barely below the level of the Big XII this year. Not a bad position for this league to be in.
