Whats wrong with Butler?

I haven't watched enough of them to have a good feel. So Butler fans, tell me whats up, is it just a tough schedule or is something missing with Butler?

Good enough to play teams tight, not good enough to finish tough games.

Thinking seton hall and Georgetown have better chances at the dance than butler right now. Butler is closer to Creighton.

Wasn't this something like the third game Butler has played without their starting PG?

It starts with a lack of defense... this team doesn't guard well at all. Then it comes down to leadership. Rose is a great competitor, but isn't a floor general that can rally the troops. I think another issue is ball movement and PG play. This team is not executing when it matters most, and yes, a tough early run in conference play definitely did not help, but now they are fighting their deficiencies as well as blood thirsty opponents and their own heads.

Yes, not having Lewis the past 3 games has hurt, but its not the reason we are 3-6, instead of 6-3. It may have helped us get a W today though.

I'm not sure what happened to Chrabascz, but he's lost all confidence. Scored 30 against Marquette last year; he was a real part of the offence to start the season, and somehow has completely disappeared in conference play, and really looks to lack confidence.

Its tough for sure. Hate to see Rose and Dunham's senior years going this way. The high ranking at the start of the season was probably justified due to the results, but I'm not sure they are even top 50 right now.
