BIG EAST TOURNAMENT AT MSG

Granted it's harder to see the seats on TV, but other than the suite area blue seats behind the basketball, MSG looks filled up on TV.

I think the final is pretty full. You don't get a good shot of the upper levels on TV. Pretty open for the 1st and 2nd rounds in my experience.

I really don't think losing MSG is an issue. The Big East can commit to MSG annually unlike the B1G or ACC which MSG has stated is desired. Attendance is not so important to MSG considering it's always a sellout for them; the sold attendance is a school and conference concern only. Someone can correct me on that, but I'm pretty certain the schools and conference purchases every seat from MSG and they in turn sell them thru the allotments and the general public.

That is correct, the conference makes sure every day is sold out. They then use that to sell allotments to each school and some to the general public.

I will be at the Tourney for the first time since X joined. Wifey has been to all three. She suggested going this year, I thought it was an "either we go to the BE Tourney or the NCAA Tourney" kind of thing, apparently I suggested both and so I get both this year...I....I honestly don't know what I did to get both but I'm afraid about what kind of present she is expecting...
