Great win by Villanova last night. Jay Wright has a very talented and disciplined team, and the fact that they didn't lose a beat against Ellenson and Fisher when Ochefu was out shows what great adjustments he's able to make. Arcidiacono is one tough cookie.

Would have loved for the game to be a little more closer for longer, I liked that Marquette turned around a huge deficit and had the lead at halftime. The freshmen played young, and it showed with the turnovers. Nothing more frustrating than having a 2-on-1, 3-on-2, etc., and having a turnover on the fast break.

Ed Sumner "probable" to practice today for X. Some say he practiced yesterday. Honestly, I don't think he will have much rust. Kid is just tough. Hopefully, the twin towers don't take him out. :D

I'd kind of think he may have some rust. He's played in exactly 2 minutes of ball since Dec 22. That's a pretty long break there.

St. John's hung with Marquette and Xavier in their last two games. I thought it was interesting that no one cares that an improving Hoyas team was able to do what two other teams weren't able to do. St. John's loses by 8 to Xavier and 6 @ Marquette, but Georgetown was supposed to win by 20 according to the people here? No Georgetown hasn't proven anything since their start to conference play was soft and we'll really see what they're made of starting Saturday, but it seems wrong to write this win off as expected when St. John's has proven capable of hanging with teams that I assume most people currently have ahead of Georgetown in the pecking order.

How are they improving after playing the dregs of the conference? Guess what happened when they played a decent team in the conference? They lost.

You're basing Georgetown is getting better because St. John's played tough against Xavier and Marquette, and Georgetown blew out St. John's? What kind of harebrained logic you're using? Face it, St. John's and DePaul will more than likely finish at the bottom of the conference. I'll bet Marquette will be right above those two teams in the pecking order.

There is no use debating with you, as you use poor logic and extremely, small samples to prove your points. IMO, I sense your team will be playing in the NIT in March. So, all of your babbling here more than likely means nothing.
