Johnnies add a 7-footer to the roster…..seems to have big upside….

Pretty happy with the off-season…..2 top transfers in and zero transfers out…..now let’s see what CMA can do with this group…..cautiously optimistic…..

I don't believe so.

I've been pretty critical of CMA this past year, but St. John's has a good group coming in. Would've rather gotten a shooter for our last scholarship, but certainly overall a very strong transfer class to go along with a couple solid recruits. Also no transfers out which is really important given what happened last year.

On paper we should be a pre-season Tournament team. Last year we were one as well, so CMA needs to make it happen this time.

6’7 PF Brandon Gardner (2023) is set to announce on Monday morning. Final 4 of SJU, Hoyas, Auburn and LSU.

BOOM!!!!

Breaking: Four-star prospect Brandon Gardner has announced his commitment to St. John’s. 2023 prospect from Raleigh, NC chooses the Red Storm over Georgetown, LSU and Auburn. The 6-7 forward is the highest ranked recruit of the Mike Anderson Era. Huge addition for #SJUBB.

I feel like SJU had the players to finish much higher than they did last year. Not sure if recruiting is the real issue.
