OOC vs Q1 opponents:
Big 12: 17-13 (57%)
Big East: 13-15 (46%)
Big 10: 10-14 (42%)
SEC: 13-22 (37%)
Pac-12: 7-18 (28%)
ACC: 6-27 (22%)
The American Athletic Conference, the Atlantic 10 and the West Coast Conference (with or without Gonzaga) each have better non-conference records against Quad 1 opposition than the ACC.

That's some interesting stuff... It will be interesting to see what happens to Duke in the tourney. Not sure they've been punched in the mouth for a while. They've got undeniable talent but it's mostly young talent. I think that's why UK is a safer bet in the tourney this year than Duke. They've got some battle -tested guys down in Lexington. If I'm someone like SHU, I wouldn't mind seeing Duke in the 2nd round. They could make it a rock fight and give that team some trouble IMO.

Almost like what folks typically say of Gonzaga.
It'll be interesting for the 3 teams there in the pit of misery if they can be 7 or 10 instead of 8 or 9. 7 or 10 you have a chance with teams like Duke and Kansas both very beatable. The 1 line with Gonzaga, Arizona, Baylor look really tough.
