If they continue to play the way they did this past week, they won't make the tournament. Nor would they deserve to be there.

Xavier realistically needs 2 more wins, and they still have a game left with Georgetown to make the tournament. If they can get 1 between Providence, Seton Hall, and St John's and then beat Georgetown- they're going to be safe. Now if they lose to Georgetown all bets are off.

Oh no, I don't think the squandering hasn't happened yet. I just think there's room for it to get worse.
