well, last year the ACC got 9 teams in the tourney, Notre Dame was 1st team out(and would have been in had Davidson not won), and Louisville was a 2 seed in the NIT. So it's not like 10-11 would be a major surprise, especially given a year where it looks like the Big East, A10, and AAC are all down from normal. Someone has to pick up those slots.

But by the time the tournament rolls around, 2-3 of them always swing over to the Big East.
